Q: I have successfully registered for Ragnarok Festa 2026 as an Adventurer (VIP). What should I do next?

• Once you have completed your registration through the official LINE OA (Gravity Game Tech) and received your E-Ticket (QR Code), please present the QR Code at the on-site registration counter.

Q: What should I do when I arrive at Ragnarok Festa 2026?

• Please prepare your national ID card and the E-Ticket received via email and present them at the on-site registration counter.

Q: Can I attend the event if I do not have Adventurer (VIP) privileges?

• Yes, you can attend the event as a Traveler (Walk-in) and participate in various activities throughout the event.

Q: If I have Adventurer (VIP) privileges, can I also queue to receive a Traveler (Walk-in) ticket?

• No. Each participant is entitled to only one registration privilege (1 person, 1 privilege).

Q: If I am unable to attend the event, can I transfer my Adventurer (VIP) QR Code to someone else?

• No. Adventurer (VIP) privileges are non-transferable. Participants must present their national ID card to verify that their first and last names match the registered information.

• No, baggage storage services will not be available at the event.

• On-site registration begins at 10:00 AM, and the event doors will open at 10:30 AM onwards.

Q: What payment methods are accepted at the Ragnarok Monster Shop?

• Payments can be made via QR Code scanning or credit card.

Q: Where can players who participated in the 2027 Calendar Promotion collect their items?

• Items can be collected at the Information Counter.

Q: For participants who registered for the Calendar 2027 and selected on-site pickup, will they receive RO Festa Item Codes and RO Festa Pin Badge Collections based on the number of calendars they registered to collect?

• We reserve the right to limit the distribution of the following items:

1.Ragnarok Badge Collection: Limited to 2 pieces per person.

2.Ragnarok Festa Calendar Item Code: Distributed according to the number of calendars registered for collection at the event.

Q: Is free parking available for event attendees?

• Yes. Participants can present their parking tickets at the Information Counter to receive free parking validation.

Q: Can the new RO Membership Card (Blue) be used immediately?

• Yes, the new card can be used immediately. However, players must register their new card first to receive exclusive benefits and earn points.

Q: Will G POINT rewards for Ragnarok Festa be distributed at the event?

• No, G POINTs will not be distributed at the event. They will be credited to eligible accounts by December 23, 2026. Players must ensure that they provide the correct email address linked to their RO Membership Card.
