RO Endless Trial System Guide (Basic Introduction)

Ragnarok: Endless Trail is an RPG adventure set in the beloved Ragnarok universe, where players collect and develop heroes, build strategic teams, and battle through endless challenges filled with powerful monsters and epic bosses in a rich fantasy world.

Players can choose from 4 available classes, as follows: 

1. Archer

2. Mage

3. Thief

Class System

    The class system has a significant impact on gameplay. Players can choose a class that matches their playstyle, with each class offering distinct strengths and unique abilities, as described below.  

 ✧ Archer
Strengths: Sustained Damage / Long-Range Attacks 

• Archer skills trigger twice

• Increases overall damage, allowing enemies to be eliminated more quickly

• Ideal for players who prefer long-range combat and consistent DPS

 ✧  Mage

Strengths: Area Damage (AOE) / Area Control

• Increases AOE attack range by 50%. 

• Increases Mage skill ATK by an additional 25%. 

• Can attack large groups of enemies at once

    

✧ Thief

Strengths: High Speed / Powerful Critical Hits

• Increases movement speed by +1. 

• Critical Damage +150%

• Thief skills gain an additional 10% chance to deal Critical Hits. 

• Focused on fast attacks and high burst damage. 

✧ Swordsman

Strengths: High Defense / Frontline Tank

• Gains a shield equal to 50% of Max HP

• Restores 5% of the shield after defeating 100 enemies.

• Restores an additional 10% shield when attacking Mini Bosses or Bosses

✦  Recommended Main Evo Skills and How to Use Them ✦ 

This section introduces the recommended core Evolution (Evo) skills and explains how to use them effectively, allowing players to maximize each character’s potential based on different situations and playstyles.

Evolution Skill (Evo Skill) Unlock Conditions

• Players must upgrade the related Active Skill to Level 4.

• All required Passive Skills must be obtained.

• Once the conditions are met, the Evo Skill will be added to the pool of available skills.

• When the player levels up, there is a chance to randomly obtain an Evolution Skill.
  
  

Evolution Skill Example

Land Mine (throws mines around the character) + HP Regen Over Time (continuous HP recovery) 
➡ Blast Mine

    Additional Effects: Increases the number of deployed mines by 2, and enhances the explosive damage effectiveness.

Land mine + Regen HP Overtime = Blast Mine

Players can check detailed information and the Evo Skill list while in the map by pressing Pause 
→ Skill Book, which displays the skills that can be upgraded into Evolution Skills.

✦  Weapon / Equipment Slots ✦ 

RO Endless Trial features a total of 6 equipment slots, each with different attributes and effects.

• The 3 slots on the left increase ATK (Attack Power)

• The 3 slots on the right increase HP (Health)

✧ ATK Equipment

Weapon
Weapons define the character’s attack style, increasing damage and providing passive effects.
Each weapon type has different base skills and attributes, allowing players to choose one that best suits their playstyle.

Cape
Capes enhance both offensive and defensive capabilities.
They reduce damage taken from enemies and may increase AOE skill range or movement speed (MSPD).

Accessory
Accessories increase attack power and grant special effects, such as a chance to instantly defeat normal monsters.
They improve overall combat efficiency and farming performance.

✧ HP Equipment

Head
Headgear increases HP and enhances HP recovery effects, such as restoring HP when defeating enemies or improving potion effectiveness.

Body
Body equipment increases HP and defensive capabilities.
It reduces or blocks incoming damage and further enhances the effectiveness of potion-type items.

Boots
Boots increase HP and movement speed (MSPD), and may reduce the cooldown of certain skills.
They improve overall mobility, allowing the character to move and use skills more continuously during combat.

                                                         



Magic Primer
A weapon equipped with the Soul Strike skill.
Releases spiritual energy that shoots toward a target, dealing long-range damage.
Suitable for sustained attacks and highly effective for handling single-target enemies.

                                               

Stiletto
An Epic-tier dagger that increases ATK by 10%.
Equipped with the Double Slashes skill, releasing twin slashing waves that continuously attack enemies. 

                                                

Tsurugi
Increases ATK and is equipped with the Moon Slice skill, which slashes enemies in a horizontal straight line, dealing damage to all targets in the same path. 

✦  Mercenary System ✦  

Mercenary

    Mercenaries are companion characters that assist players in combat by directly enhancing their abilities.
They increase basic stats such as ATK and HP, and provide support skills such as HP recovery or skill cooldown reduction.

    Each Mercenary has unique abilities depending on the character and rarity level.
They can be Evolved to unlock additional effects, strengthening both skills and stats.
With the upgrade system included, players can customize their team and adapt their playstyle in a wider variety of ways.

Where can I check my UID?
You can find your UID by going to your Profile.
The UID is displayed below your character name and can be copied using the copy button next to it.

 

How can I change the language?
Go to the Menu icon (≡) → Settings → Game Settings, then select your preferred language from the available options. 

How can I view account settings or add a linked account?
Go to the Menu icon (≡) → Settings → Account Settings → Connect.
