Ragnarok V: Returns (SEA) : Account Information



[For PC Client Players]

*If you encounter account issues and need to verify or report information:


    1. Visit Rov-sea.com and log in to your account.

    2. After logging in, you will find your Email and Account UID displayed.

    3. To ensure a fast and complete process, please contact Ticket Support and provide the following details:

        - Character Name

        - Server

        - Email / Login Method

        - Account UID

        - Character UID (In-game character ID)

    Where can I check my Character UID? 

    

    You can check your Character UID by clicking on Settings in the menu located at the bottom left corner of the game screen. The UID number will be displayed at the bottom of your character information window.

         How can I link my account? 


If your account is currently a Guest account and you wish to link it, follow these steps:

  1. Play through the Tutorial in the game.
  2. Go to Settings / Option located at the bottom left of the screen.
  3. Click Connect to link your account through your preferred method and confirm.
  • Noted, the email cannot be changed. Ensure that you link the correct and complete email address. It is not recommended to use organizational emails or emails that may expire.

  • Email addresses, passwords, and account information are personal. Please do not share this information with others to protect the security and privacy of your account.




*Tips : We recommend linking your account via Google Email or ensuring that your Facebook account is registered with an email address. This helps prevent errors and makes it easier to verify and log in. *




  How can I delete my account?


        If you wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:


Go to Settings located at the bottom left corner of the screen >> Click on the Delete Account button. >> After carefully reading the terms and policies, click Delete Account again to confirm your request.

Q: Can I cancel or change the email linked to my account?
A: No, once your account is linked, the email cannot be changed. Please ensure that the email you use is correct and not an organizational email that may expire.



Q: What should I do if my character goes missing?
A: Please gather as much information about your character and account as possible.

Contact Ticket Support and provide the following details:

  1. Character Name, Server, and Character UID
  2. The login method and the Email used for login
  3. Date and time before and after the disappearance
  4. (If available) Proof of payment or transaction history related to the missing character

[For PC Client Users]: How to Launch the Game

  1. Visit the rov-sea website.
  2. Click on Game Start.
  3. Log in to your account or register for a new one.
    (Please make sure your information is accurate. Avoid using emails/accounts that may expire.)

Steps After Logging In:

  • Click Game Start again to trigger the game download popup.
  • Read the Terms of Service, check the ✅ box, and download the Launcher.
  • Install the game following the provided instructions.

Once the installation is complete, proceed with the necessary setup steps to access the game.




        Important: Check the ✅ box on the PopUp Permission screen for launching rov_launcher.


            - Select Open rov_launcher and proceed with the game patch update.

            - Click Game Start and begin your adventure!






            How can I adjust the game window size?

        

         Go to Option/Settings located at the bottom left of the screen >> Click the gear icon on the right side of the menu, and you can adjust your screen size and graphics settings right there! 

        




            How can I change the game language?

        

         Go to Option/Settings located at the bottom left of the screen > Click the "i" icon on the right side of the menu > Select Language and adjust your language and voice settings.
